Poll: Three-quarters think U.S. in recession CNN POLITICS

Nearly Three-quarters of all Americans think the economy is in a recession, according to a national poll released Monday. Seventy-four percent of those questioned in a CNN/opinion Research Corp. survey say the economy has entered a recession. CNN politics McCain looks to clinch GOP nomination

McCain could clinch the Republican presidential nomination on Tuesday, but Mike Huckabee refuses to call it quites. McCain is just 158 delegates shy of sealing the nomination, and 256 Republican delegates are up for grabs Tuesday. I think that McCain has this election and i hope that he wins. I dont know that much about the elections or anything all i know is that their is a Obama who is black so that would be the first black president and then their is Hillary Clinton who is a Women so that would be the first women president but i dont think that the United States is ready for a big change like that because of the war in Iraq, things like that. So i think that we should just keep having a white president but i guess it would not matter if their was a black president but i dont know. I dont think that the U.S. is ready for a Women President Nore a Black but i am not rasis.

ESPN Golf Els ends four-year drought with 1-shot victory at Honda

PALM BEACH GARDENS, fla. Ending nearly a four-year drought between PGA tour victories, Els shot a 3 under 67 Sunday to win Honda Classic. He finished at 6 under one shot better than Luke Donald and two ahead of Nathan Green. Ernie Els emerged from a group of 25 whom were within five shots of the lead entering Sunday.

Ernie did really good in this tournament...3 shots under 67, i think that that is really good, i could never do that. I dont really know who this golfer is but he is good it sounds like.

ESPN Mickelson scoots past stumbling Quinney for first Riviera win

It has been twenty years sense Phil Mickelson first stepped inside the ropes at Riviera. Phil Mickelson made two clutch putts on the back nine, and seized control when Jeff Quinney self-destructed with the putter. I think that it is awesome that he won this event after so long so it must of felt really good to finally win against Quinney.
